Just when you think headbands can't get any better, local designer Happy Andrada shows us they can! Blair Waldorf's fave accessory gets a bedazzled upgrade, thanks to Happy, a self-confessed fan of headbands. "I've been wearing headbands that match my outfits since I was a kid," the designer tells Preview in an interview. Now, Happy decided to give her childhood accessory a more lady-like treatment, jazzing them up into a statement piece. "Every girl deserves a crown," she says. And a headband can exactly be that and a cool fashion statement, too, all rolled into one.
