While everyone is busy squeezing out their creative juices to find a banging costume for this year's halloween, we can't help but notice that there are some who, wittingly or unwittingly, already personify some of the most popular characters to hit the silver screen through the clothes they wear. Fashion inspiration has no limits, yes? And if you're familiar with the Last Song Syndrome, we think fashion has something similar. It happens when we don't realize that we sometimes end up wearing an ensemble inspired by the last movie or TV show we've seen. Whatever it is, we think it's fun to think that people manage to wear outfits that resemble certain characters without looking costumey.
Don't quite get what we mean? Read on to see a few looks we bet you've probably worn yourself.
|Ever worn a black and white dress and paired it with booties? Well, that's exactly the style of Wednesday Addams. Her monochromatic color-palette and liking for boots are both on trend and easy to wear.|
||Wear leather in sexy rough silhouettes and be Lisbeth Salander, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, for day. Pair the the black ensemble with black pumps instead of boots for a party-ready attire worthy of being called a tough-chick.|
|Disney princesses are probably the easiest looks to cop. Simply wearing a dress in yellow or blue would already resemble Belle or Cinderella. But on those rare days when lavender and green look good together, Ariel from The Little Mermaid is your girl. Just pick the right shades to avoid looking like an eggplant, or worse, Barney.|
|Can't wait to watch Catching Fire? Then that would probably explain your being drawn into the chill combination of V-necks and jeans ala Katniss Everdeen. Amp up the look with a strong pair of sunnies and this camo watch we can't seem to get enough of.|
