Guilt-free Shopping At The Red Cross Aid Couture The Philippine Red Cross' pre-loved clothing sale accumulated more than half a million in sales.

Red Cross Aid Couture was a huge hit! Shoppers and fashion lovers with big hearts flocked Alabang Town Center over the weekend to shop for a cause. With everything that has been sold, Red Cross will be able to produce and provide more basic essentials, which are more urgently needed by calamity victims such as food, clean water, medical kits, and rescue apparatus.

Every year, the Philippine Red Cross receives clothing items that may not be appropriate for everyday wear by calamity victims—designer dresses, evening gowns, leather jackets, coats, etc. These items have been made useful again through this pre-love clothing sale. All items have been laundered with Ariel and Downy and sold to the public during the two-day event, accumulating more than half a million pesos in sales.

We were amazed by the number of people who came by; more so, racks had to be replenished with more pieces of clothing almost every 10 minutes—some of which belonging to celebrities like Victor Basa, Ely Buendia, Teresa Herrera, Angel Jacob, Vicky Herrera, Dominic Ochoa, Ramon Bautista, Xian Lim, Daniel Padilla, and a lot more.
