1. Gigi Hadid wins lawsuit case against paparazzi who sued her for posting her own photos.

Last January, Gigi Hadid faced a lawsuit filed by paparazzi photographer Xclusive Lee. According to him, the model committed copyright infringement for posting on Instagram a photo he took of Gigi. Now, Hypebae reports that the court case has officially been dismissed. "The U.S. District Judge handling the case, Pamela Chen, found that Xclusive failed to obtain copyright registration of the image before filing the lawsuit, which is a requirement of the U.S. Supreme Court. Additionally, Xclusive was declined the right to refile the claim even if the copyright is registered in the future."

2. H&M announces first ever collaboration with a Chinese designer.

Following their Giambattista capsule collection, H&M announces a new fashion designer collab. This time, the Swedish retailer will team up with Chinese designer, Angel Chen, for a 45-piece collection slated to be available in stores this September. This is the first time that H&M will partner with a Chinese designer. The brand says that the collab is indeed a special one. They share in a press statement quoted by WWD, "Angel Chen is a pioneer Chinese designer brand with its colorful approach to fashion coupled with the brand’s core concept of fusion of Eastern and Western aesthetics."

3. Zara reveals its sustainability plans.

The Spanish retailer has big plans on making the brand eco-friendly and sustainable. Zara promises to make all of its stores eco-efficient by the end of 2019 and "have its collection made from 100% sustainable fabrics before 2025," Fashionista reports. Zara is also committed to produce zero waste in landfills from their facilities, and use 80% renewable energy consumption in its headquarters, logistics plants and stores by that same year.

4. Stella McCartney signs with LVMH.

After Stella McCartney's parting with its previous mother company, Kering, Stella signs up for a partnership with LVMH. The fashion conglomerate says in an Instagram post that the "goal of this partnership will be for the Stella McCartney House to accelerate its worldwide development in terms of business and strategy, while of course remaining faithful to its longlasting commitment to sustainability and ethical fashion."

5. Here's a peek into GOT7's Jackson Wang capsule collection with Fendi.

Aside from being Fendi's brand ambassador, K-pop star Jackson Wang adds Fendi collaborator under his belt. The GOT7 member will soon be releasing his own capsule collection. Expect a monochrome collection that includes a formal suit, jumpers, T-shirts, pants, and caps printed with "black-on-black FF logo print and texturized with velvet and chenille fabrics," Hypebae reports. Jackson also designed "his own low-top sock runner sneakers and air-cushion slides as well as a clutch and Baguette bag in black leather. Everything in the collection is stamped with a special 'FENDI Team Wang' logo."
