Gabbi Garcia Is an Elegant Lady in Red at the GMA Gala 2025

For her fourth GMA Gala, Gabbi Garcia took on a more adventurous approach—with color that is. "For GMA's 75th anniversary, I wanted to go for something new, something fresh, something bold, and I want to spread the love tonight," she shared when livestream host Janeena Chan asked about her red hot choice of frock. 

Channeling a modern silver-screen princess, Gabbi opted for a timeless satin ballgown by Preview BFFD 2023 honoree Cheetah Rivera, as styled by Qurator Studios' Steven Coralde and Leanne Ledesma. The floor-length strapless dress featured a corseted bodice set against a voluminous full skirt, gracefully flaunting her lithe figure. 

While the choice of color may have been a daring move on Gabbi's part, everything else about her look leaned to more classic sensibilities. "This will never go out of style," the Kapuso actress said about her custom gown. In addition to how the design can withstand the test of time, Steven spoke highly about the craftsmanship. "We are thrilled to work with Cheetah. She is someone who is very craft and couture-focused so she made sure every inch, seam, and detail was precise," he said, narrating how crucial their fittings were in the process. 

Her go-to glam duo of makeup artist Jason delos Reyes and hairstylist Aries Manal made sure Gabbi was camera-ready in every angle by accentuating her natural beauty. Jason kept foundation light with her skin's texture showing, but brought on the drama with a kohl-lined brown smokey eye and a glossy nude lip. Aries made sure no strand was out of place, and styled her hair down with soft waves gently curling around the ends. 

Gabbi's classic red carpet look is proof that you can never going wrong with investing in timeless accessories. While she wore these sparklers to a formal affair, you can certainly style it down and wear with more casual attires.
