There's as much adoration for its vintage pieces as there is for its more contemporary designs (the woven Jodie bag only being one example). Though, one of the brand's most recent releases has fashion-savvy netizens in a frenzy for quite a different reason. Enter the Women's Mini Pouch in their pink popsicle shade.
It's a medium-sized bag that you can either carry in your hands, or sling across your body with its strap. The fuzzy, knotted design of its exterior can certainly raise some eyebrows. Instagram user @diet_prada was quick to point out how much it resembled a mound of minced pork meat.
A number of netizens agreed with the comparision, making their own quips about the piece's off-kilter design.
Others expressed how it looked just like a variety of other items, such as a brain or even a sweet treat.
A couple users' tummies seemed to have grumbled upon seeing the bag. ICYDK, this isn't the first time Bottega Veneta launched an item that mimics the appearance of food. Their Pre-Fall 2020 saw the release of their (in)famous ramen noodle heels.
This tote would've totally been the perfect accessory to Lady Gaga's iconic meat dress from the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. We're sure Mother Monster would've loved to get her hands on it!

The bag also comes in three other colors, namely, in Wave (a light blue), Fondant (a dark brown), and Lemon (a vibrant yellow). The latter one has a striking resemblance to something we commonly use to wash dishes, or to clean our bodies. LOL!
