French Sole by Jane Winkworth finally steps into the Philippine shores. Established in London in 1989, the footwear brand opens its first Manila store at Bonifacio High Street offering the widest range of ballet flats that most frequent travelers would surely be familiar of.

French Sole pairs have been known to be the “prettiest ballet flats on earth.” These come in an assortment of styles, colors, and textures: woven, crocodile, pony hair, jaguar print, snake skin, and silver among others. In fact, it takes 23 workers to make one pair! No wonder several celebrities have been spotted sporting them, including Anne Hathaway, Cameron Diaz, Scarlett Johansson, and Kate Moss. The Duchess of Cambridge and her sister, Pippa Middleton, are also fans of the brand. Worth noting, as well, the late Princess Diana once owned a dozen pairs.

Here, we pick five of our favorites, which was quite challenging a task, by the way. View our photo gallery to see the complete collection and tweet us your favorites, too!

French Sole by Jane Winkworth is located at Bonifacio High Street, Fort Global City, Taguig.
