Kris Bernal is petite and proud. In her latest entry for her YouTube channel, the actress revealed that she only stands 5'1" and weighs only around 95 pounds! While she embraces her small figure, Kris likes adding a few inches to her height with the help of a few leg-lengthening tricks she got from stylist John Paul Dizon, which she demonstrated in the video.
Here are some helpful ones worth taking note of:
1. Sexy slits are your best friend.
The flash of skin creates the illusion of a longer leg, and it prevents your tiny frame from being overwhelmed by long dresses, too.
2. Wear longer dresses with nude pumps.
"Pair below-the-knee dresses with [a pointed pair of] pumps... at mas maganda din kung ka-tone ng [skin] color mo yung pumps," John added, as it lengthens the legs even more.
3. Consider investing in co-ords.
According to the stylist, wearing a matching top and bottom or even just dressing in one color creates a clean, streamlined look, wherein your frame isn't cut–"kaya mas nakakahaba siya," he explained.
4. Opt for high-waisted bottoms.
High-rise pants, shorts, or skirts can elongate the lower body, says John. You can try flared pants for a similar effect, too!
