Carlos Yulo was all smiles in Paris, France, following his final gymnastics competition of the year.
From October 17 to 25, the 2026 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships took place in Rotterdam, Netherlands. While the Filipino gymnast finished seventh in the men's vault final, he remained grateful for the experience and the lessons that came with it. “It wasn’t the result I hoped to give, but I’m always grateful to our Lord for giving me this opportunity. Not just to compete, but also to learn, grow, and see the bigger picture,” he shared on Instagram.
He also expressed pride in and gratitude for his siblings, Karl Eldrew and Jorielgel, who participated as a gymnast and a judge, respectively. He thanked his family, supporters in the Philippines, and fiancée, Chloe San Jose, for their continued support.
Before heading back to Manila, the quartet squeezed in a quick stop in France. Posing in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower, they showcased their different takes on Parisian style, with Carlos carrying a luxury bag that simply couldn't go unnoticed.

Carlos wore a chocolate-brown funnel-neck jacket that effortlessly complemented the blonde streaks in his hair. He kept the overall look minimalist by pairing it with loose denim jeans.
On another night out, he wore a different neutral ensemble, layering coordinating pieces under a zip-up hoodie. The outfits were simple and straightforward, and both featured a head-turning pièce de résistance.
The bag was designed by Jonathan Anderson and features the delicate bow motif he introduced as creative director. It boasts a supple construction with slender leather straps and sliding top handles, allowing it to be carried by hand, worn over the shoulder, or across the body.
