What's the step-by-step process for bespoke fabric printing?

"First comes finalizing the design, then printing onto transfer paper, and next, the heat press."

Are there special inks for specific fabrics (leather, for example)? Would the process differ depending on the fabric?

"For dye sublimation's best results, we prefer to use Epson Genuine Inks on 100% polyester fabric. For direct-to-garment printing, we recommend using 100% cotton."
