The world of gastronomy has inspired some of fashion's most distinctive designs. For Bangkok-born fashion label Boyy, creating a one-of-a-kind purse meant looking to their hometown's signature flavors—and if you know the first thing about Thai food, it's that they really love turning up the heat.

Two style sirens who can appreciate that fiery flavor are Mimiyuuuh and BLACKPINK's Lisa Manoban. In separate outings, both have sported the Chili bag, one of Boyy's signature pieces and an accoutrement that can spice up any 'fit.

Mimiyuuuh and BLACKPINK Lisa's Matching Moment

During the inaugural Preview Creatives' Night last April, our girl Mimiyuuuh was in attendance as a Martin Bautista muse. Donning a flouncy sheer dress in a deep shade of green, the fashionista embodied the evening's Pinoy fiesta code. Accentuating the botanical vibe of her look were a pair of Monstera heels from Loewe and her Chili bag, both of which added much-appreciated pops of color.

One of Mimi's favorite musical acts, Lisa, is also a fan of the chili-shaped handbag. As someone born and raised in Bangkok, it makes sense for the BLACKPINK member to regularly rep the Thai label. At the 2026 World Cup, she wore a custom set by Nike and Martine Rose, complemented by her red-hot arm candy. A few months earlier, she was spotted in London carrying a perforated black version of the Chili, which added an edge to her off-duty 'fit.

The Hungry Chili, as it's officially named, is one of Boyy's marquee offerings. Fashioned after the pepper, it's crafted from lambskin and features a silver fork as its handle. As petite as it looks, it measures 34 cm wide, 15 cm high, and 11 cm deep, promising enough room for most of your essentials. Aside from the vibrant red version, it also comes in a variety of colorways and materials. Check out the full "Chili Market" catalogue on Boyy's official website.
