This June, Philippine Fashion Week celebrates its 20th anniversary by moving to a new home at Discovery Primea, Makati. Kicking things off was the youngest designer in this season's roster, Celine Borromeo. The Project Runway runner up launched her Holiday 2016 anthology, La Femme Debonaire inspired by masculine shapes and cuts, reshaped to fit the female form. Think pinstripe body-hugging dresses plus leather and velvet combinations, made for the women of today. Celine describes her as strong and independent who values practicality and ease with style.
