Celeste Cortesi is all set and ready to take over the Miss Universe stage! But before she hits the pageant’s spotlight, the beauty queen first sizzled the airport hallways with a winner-worthy outfit.
The Philippines’ Miss Universe 2022 representative was a vision in scarlet red at the Los Angeles International Airport, hours before her arrival in New Orleans for the pageant’s 71st iteration.
Surrounded by an array of suitcases from the Philippine delegation, the crown holder-hopeful stood front and center in a Veejay Floresca-created fur-lined coat. Under the styling hands of Perry Tabora, Celeste complemented the striking winterwear with matching knee-high boots, punctuating its edge with a pair of cat-eye sunnies and silver hoop earrings. Her carry-on of the day was nothing less than impressive, as she opted for a dark brown-toned Hermès Birkin with a miniature Philippine flag popping out!
“This is it, Philippines!” Celeste captioned her post. Delegates of this year’s pageant begin to head to the Louisiana city, with the event proper to be held on January 14 (January 15, Manila time) at the Ernest N. Moral Convention Center. We’re wishing you all the luck, Celeste!
