Yesterday, Preview Girl, Julia Barretto, took center stage as she celebrated her 18th birthday with friends and family at the Makati Shangri-la Hotel. She stunned in her red Michael Cinco couture ball gown, but we have to admit, a few ladies stood out in the sea of stars in black and white.

Scroll down to see the few monochrome beauties who got our radars beeping both fashion and beauty-wise.

Kim Chiu

The chinita princess committed to all-white with her diamond danglers and patent clutch.

Coleen Garcia

We are so obsessed with Coleen's lob! Swept back like that with her sultry makeup and sexy Boom Sason number, this Cosmo girl was on fire.

KC Concepcion

KC channeled a black widow through her red mane and Randy Ortiz serpentina.

Gretchen Ho

Robi Domingo's plus one went with a bare-back and low pony. Kinda reminded us of Marian Rivera's December Preview digital cover.

Dr. Aivee Aguilar-Teo

The Preview Best Dressed dermatologist wore a flowery Inno Sotto maxi.

Megan Young

A clean high pony is always a good choice for the beauty queen in Mark Bumgarner

Liza Soberano

The fiery red lip was a nice makeup shift for the sweet young lady.

Jane Oineza

Jane's two-piece ensemble worked well with her tousled updo.

Janella Salvador

Janella looked like a sweetheart in her Sheiralyn dress.

Amidst this plethora of Kapamilya’s were five ladies who were style-wise, a cut above the rest.

Best in White: Kathryn Bernardo

The clean Martin Bautista creation made the teen queen look her title—simple, sexy, and elegant especially when paired with her trendy, braided updo.

Best in Black: Claudine Barretto

To be honest, we were looking forward to see what the ultimate Tita of Manila, Gretchen Barretto, would wear to her niece’s debut. She was a no-show, but we have to admit, Claudine Barretto in her Albert Andrada backless ball gown stole the scene.

Best in Black and White: Dani Barretto

Just like Julia who flashed some leg for her March Preview cover, older sister Dani also showed some gam action through her Martin Bautista number. Oh, she also wrote Julia's cover story in this month's issue!

Best Pairing: Liz and Laureen Uy

A picture of sisterly love and style, Liz and Laureen won our vote for best-dressed pair of the night! Liz in Vania Romoff and Laureen in her tulle showstopper look great separately, but together, make the perfect Oreo cookie combination.
