It was a display of Filipina beauty, empowerment, and of course, sisterhood with former queens showing their support. As the organization's slogan goes, "Once a Binibini, always a Binibini"—and no one imbibes this better than Catriona Gray.
The grand winner of Bb. Pilipinas 2018 and our nation's fourth Miss Universe took to the stage last night as a host alongside Nicole Cordoves and MJ Lastimosa but netizens were quick to point out that she could've easily been this year's winner.

Her energy was just as magnetic as when we first met her! Not only did she give us a glimpse of her infamous pasarela and dropped inspiring truthbombs here and there, she and her team prepared not just one, but three captivating looks that were as distinct as they were stunning.
LOOK: All of Catriona Gray's Captivating Looks at the Binibining Pilipinas 2023 Grand Coronation Night
1. Catriona started the evening strong with an asymmetrical Anthony Ramirez frock in her signature color—bold red. Her team balanced the softness of the gown with contemporary elements such as slicked back hair, a chunky metal cuff, and a modern take on pearl drop earrings. What's more, her first look quickly drew out references to 2018 when she stood out in her red dress amongst her "silver linings."

2. The Twitter-verse went wild when Cat quite literally did "begin the evening gown competition." Her second look took a more glamorous turn in her lavender Jaz Cerezo ensemble that featured a corseted bodice and a draped satin ball skirt that she completed with a Tiffany & Co. Lock pendant and her shiny engagement ring. Channeling silverscreen sirens with her old Hollywood waves, she enchanted the crowd with her piercing gaze and alluring saunter as she introduced the segment.
3. When it came to announcing the winners, we saw Cat don a fun and fluorescent Resty LaGare gown that boasted of an embellished plunging neckline and feather accents in the bodice, plus a thigh-high slit. She kept her hair straight and center-parted for a classic beauty approach, and her Bulgari Serpenti accessories provided just the right amount of glitter.
