C. Wonder Makes a Comeback with Brad Goreski The label returns from the dead.

Last January, C. Wonder filed for bankruptcy; but all this time we were wondering why the shop signange at Central Square Mall, BGC was never taken down. Well, it looks like the shop in Manila is opening after all. After the brand's crisis, Xcel Brands - the company that owns rights to H Halston, Isaac Mizrahi and Liz Claiborne - bought the brand and its intellectual property from its founder, Chris Burch.

At the helm of the brand is stylist turned designer Brad Goreski who was appointed as Creative Director. "I really just want to make women happy." Goreski echoes, “I want to make people feel excited and wonderful. I want them to feel that they are ready to have the best day of their life,” he told WWD.

If you recall, Goreski was also cast as the new co-host of E!'s Fashion Police earlier this year.
