Bulgari is a label known for always upping the ante. It was only 10 years ago that the luxury brand launched its Octo collection of watches, which were regarded as sophisticated timepieces that boast of the sleekest of designs. Today, they welcome yet another addition to the iconic line: The Octo Finnisimo Ultra.

Only measuring 1.80 millimeters thick, it's the thinnest timepiece in the world. Such a feat earned Bulgari their 8th consecutive world record. When laid flat on a surface, the brand claims that it's "barely thicker than a piece of drawing paper."
Even with the Finnisimo Ultra's minimalistic construction, it still retains the elegant design and feel of its mother collection. All parts of it are mainly made of sandblasted titanium, that gives the piece its signature monochrome look.
Two time displayers, one for hours and one for seconds, are placed on the right side of the watch. Adjacent to them is a specialized QR code, that, once scanned, takes you to a website exploring the history and craftsmanship behind the brand's iconic collection.
