This is why our theme for this year's Best Dressed List is Preview's Best (Under) Dressed, putting emphasis on peeling back the sartorial habits of the old normal to make way for the new. Our list recognizes 10 chic Filipinas who've championed their personal style, even amid the quarantine, and have allowed their taste in fashion to grow alongside them. They're fearless, unique, and each have style stories that are deserving of the spotlight.
