Binibining Pilipinas, the country’s oldest pageant, held the coronation night for its 59th edition where 40 contestants went head to head in a competition of beauty, grace, and wit. The pool was trimmed to the Top 11 finalists who sashayed down the runway during the highly anticipated long gown round. Most dresses adhered to typical pageant fare with beads, sparkles, and body-skimming silhouettes. The ones below were the most stylish of them all:
1. Trisha Martinez, Laguna

The candidate awarded ‘Best in Long Gown’ was none other than Laguna's Trisha Martinez, who donned a sharp-shouldered, sky-blue frock with cascading feathers and a sweetheart neckline. The Louis Pangilinan design featured long sleeves–a refreshing and elegant choice. It was almost like a modern version of Cinderella’s ball gown!
2. Jessilen Salvador, Aklan

A feather trimmed bodice sounds difficult to pull off but Aklan’s Jessilen Salvador was able to do so! She looked regal in an emerald green gown with art deco-inspired geometric beadwork that flattered her figure by way of sheer cutouts. Her only accessory was a pair of diamond earrings for a classy finish.
3. Isabelle Bilasano, Albay

Does a sequined pink gown seem unexciting? When done tastefully and in a manner befitting the wearer’s personality, it can surpass expectations. Albay’s Isabelle Bilasano opted for a flirty frock that did just that. It featured a lean silhouette, a modest slit, and just enough embellishments to make people turn heads.
Congratulations to all the lovely participants!
