Best Dressed at SONA 2015 These ladies prove that simplicity is key.

President Noynoy Aquino's swan song may have lasted over two hours, but our verdict on 2015's SONA red carpet was finalized way before his speech even began. This year, a few of our best dressed staples like Heart Evangelista and Tootsy Angara fell short (we still give them points for looking radiant!), and newcomers dressed to impress. She arrived fashionably late with her husband and daughter fresh from a trip to Switzerland, but we don't see any signs of jet lag from this beauty at all.

Shalani Soledad- Romulo

In a sea of nudes and pastels, Shalani's Anthony Ramirez emerald filipiniana stood out. We were torn between her and Atty. Karen Jimeno as both sported plain jewel toned frocks. But it was the draping in Shalani's dress  that made us pick her over the esteemed lawyer.
