After almost two decades of being in love, Aubrey Miles and Troy Montero finally tied the knot! Just yesterday, June 9, the pair said their “I do’s” to one another in an intimate civil wedding surrounded by their nearest and dearest. Among other guests, Aubrey’s show biz friends Gretchen Fullido and Jacq Yu, and Troy’s brother, KC Montero, were in attendance.
Staying true to her sultry, body-loving persona, Aubrey opted to tie the knot in a dainty, off-shoulder lace dress. Designed by Jazel Sy, the frock was embellished with glittering appliqués from the sheer sleeves all the way down to the skirt. To keep things simple yet sleek, she slicked back her brown locks and kept her makeup au naturale.
When it was time for the reception, the actress-host decided to slip into another off-shoulder frock that was a bit less dressy, perfect for dancing the night away. She opted for a glossy satin gown with a bunched-up neckline and a flared skirt that ended just above her ankles. We can also spot her donning some clear Cinderella-style heels to complete the look.
Of course, the star of both her ensembles was the glistening rock from J's Diamond resting on her ring finger. It was a jewel that was worth the 18-year wait, we reckon!
The couple enjoyed a short but sweet three-month engagement after Troy proposed to Aubrey while they were on vacation in Boracay. In a previous interview with Preview, the actress mentioned that after being together for so long, “this year is the perfect time” to get married.
