Last April 16, Anne Curtis flew to New York City for the prestigious Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Gala, where she was joined by global A-listers like BLACKPINK's Rosé and Heated Rivalry's Connor Storrie.

A friend of the house herself, the Filipina actress graced the event donning a full suite of sapphire-set jewelry, paired with a sleek, body-contouring ensemble custom-made by Filipino designer Mark Bumgarner.

The lapis blue hue naturally pulls your focus towards Anne's opulent jewelry. With her hair pulled back into a polished low bun by Anton Papa and a bronzy, barely-there makeup by Thazzia Falek, the overall look directed attention to the Tiffany & Co. pieces framing her visage.

Mark Bumgarner’s design was a masterclass in clean and precise construction. Its impact definitely came through the finer points. While understated at first glance, the refined silhouette was its ultimate pièce de résistance, thanks in large part to Mark’s masterful form-enhancing corsetry.

A reimagining on the classic mermaid gown silhouette, the piece featured an ultra-cinched corset. The sculpted off-shoulder bodice was shaped with a sweetheart neckline, finished with petal-like accents. From there, the streamlined cut flared into a structured, conical hem, punctuated by oversized floral appliqués.
