Helming a fashion magazine calls for its editors to have a certain image—and this is especially true when you're running Vogue. You're expected to be ahead of the trends, to tote the latest It bag, and to wear the coolest shoe of the season. But Anna Wintour herself just sent a clear message that says otherwise—she proved that outfit repeating should hardly be considered a crime in the fashion world.
At this year's British Fashion Awards, the American Vogue's EIC walked on the red carpet with fellow Vogue editor Edward Enninful clad in her 2011 Met Gala dress. Anna re-wore her eight-year-old sequinned Chanel frock to the said event, wowing onlookers just the same.
Below's the photo of Anna from 2011's Met Gala, proving that there's definitely no harm in repeating an outfit when you know that it looks good on you and it still fits like a glove.
Still as chic as the first time!
