It's a match made en Vogue! Anna Wintour's daughter, Bee Shaffer, and Francesco Carrozzini, son of late Vogue Italia editor Franca Sozzani are set to tie the most fashionable knot!
People Magazine broke the news with a screenshot of Vogue accessories director Selby Drummond's Instagram story. In it, Bee shows off her diamond bling captioned with #francescoblackandwhite, a hashtag that Francesco often uses in his own Instagram account.
Despite being children of two of the most powerful women in fashion, Bee and Francesco have careers outside the fashion world.
Bee is a segment producer at Late Night with Seth Meyers. Francesco, on the other hand, is a filmmaker and photographer. He has produced music videos for Beyonce and Nicki Minaj, and he has shot campaign ads for fashion houses like Roberto Cavalli and Salvatore Ferragamo. The pair has maintained a low-profile relationship until they were first seen together last October when Bee attended the screening of Francesco's film, Franca: Chaos & Creation, which is a documentary about his mother.
Anna and Franca both landed their posts in the glossy pages of American Vogue and Vogue Italia, respectively, in the '80s. They have remained friends until the unfortunate passing of Franca after a year-long battle against cancer last December 2016.
There are no further details yet about the couple's wedding, but we can already imagine how fashionable it will be!
