Ready for Mrs. Grey? The third and final installment of British author E.L. James finally comes to life this Valentine's. But as the franchise continues to tease us with sultry trailers, fashion girls are especially intrigued for the wedding that's set to take place in the movie. All eyes will be on Anastasia Steele's wedding gown!
Commissioned by the film's costume designer Shay Cunliffe, Filipino designer Monique Lhuillier was tasked to craft Ana's wedding gown. This is Monique's second time to dress actress Dakota Johnson after creating the silver number her character wore to the masquerade ball in Fifty Shades Darker.
Known for her romantic approach to wedding frocks and eveningwear, Monique created an off-shoulder gown with a relaxed trumpet silhouette.

Monique's gown embodies her aesthetic as a designer—traditional and timeless yet dainty and chic—and, of course, encapsulates Ana's sweet and feminine character in the film.
