Okay, so you know how they say that ballerinas have the worst feet? Well you have to hand it to them for being able stay on their toes at all times. A small trick that they do to lessen the blisters and friction is by taping their feet before they slip on those points. But how does this apply you and your five inch stilettos?
You at one point probably have staggered home after a day of running around in towering heels. Sometimes we blame the shoe for rubbing against certain areas but half the time the pain gathers up in the ball of our foot.
Here’s where the ballerinas come in. Just as they wrap their toes to ease the pain, wrapping your third and fourth toes (counting from the big toe) remove the strain on the ball of your foot. How so? A nerve splits between the two which causes pain when pressure is applied and taping it with a nude medial tape easily remedies it. It’s that simple!
Try it and let us know how it goes.
