Las Vegas. The city of sin glowed brighter this week, not because of its flashing neon lights but because Hollywood’s A-list lit up the red carpet at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards. Stealing the limelight from the dancing show girls, the women came dressed in their most beaded and most skin-baring frock, all in hopes they would land a spot on everyone’s best dressed list.
