Preparations are underway for President Rodrigo Duterte's first State of the Nation Address and we're pretty sure the attire is on the list of every guest. This year's red carpet, however, is expected to be toned down, far from the previous years' grandiosity where the ladies sashayed in glamorous floor-sweeping gowns. The SONA organizers are implementing a specific dress code to veer away from turning the affair into a fashion spectacle. The ladies are required to come in business attire, with the option to wear Filipiniana no longer than knee-length.
In this light, we've asked some designers to interpret this new dress code. Scroll down to see what they've come up with.
