Innovation and fashion coincide.

Manila Fashion Festival (MFF) has been around for some time. It’s a bi-annual event that celebrates Filipino fashion and craftsmanship. Partnering with over 60 designers and creatives from the Netherlands, this year’s fashion festival is bound to get even more exciting. Apart from championing local talent, MFF continues to improve how they present us with the newest trends in fashion. Here are three things you shouldn't miss in the upcoming MFF.

1. See now, buy now

Following the footsteps of international designers, Manila Fashion Festival now explores the ropes of the see-now-buy-now trend with Zalora. Designs shown on the runway will be made available for pre-order online on the said shopping site right after the show. So get your internet connection ready and go get that designer dress, stat.

2. A new way to consume fashion

Changing the landscape of Philippine fashion, MFF in partnership with Samsung will transform how you consume fashion online. Experience fashion through virtual reality simulation via Samsung Gear VR and Gear 360.

3. MFF Design Competition

As an advocate of young and local designers, MFF collaborates with Bobson Japan to find the best emerging talents as they launch the very first MFF Design Competition.

Catch the five-day festival on October 18-21 and 27 happening at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel.
