While we were busy partying in Cebu for Sinulog, or enjoying the lovely breeze we're not used to, Hollywood was busy glamming up for awards season. After the Golden Globes comes the 20th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG), and this time it's our turn to dissect the fashion choices of your favorite hollywood A-listers. See who consistently got us swooning, who are rising up from past (bad and sad) red carpet decisions, and who surprised us by showing off in trendy frocks. Read on!
Jennifer Lawrence
After that white blanket, er, dress she wore at the Golden Globes (that became an Internet meme), J. Law redeems herself by dazzling us all in a sexy black Christian Dior Couture number.
Lupita Nyong'O
Fast becoming one to watch on the red carpet, Lupita didn't only beat Jennifer Lawrence as Best Supporting Actress, she also wowed us in her vibrant turquoise Gucci dress and electric blue eyeshadow. We can't wait to see more of this lady in the weeks to come.
Cate Blanchett
The consistently elegant Cate, stuns us again as she graced the red carpet in her blush Givenchy draped gown. The sequin trim detail definitely showed us how to pull-off a fun yet age-appropriate frock.
Jennifer Garner
Some may say Jennifer's dreamy blue MaxMara is boring. Yes, maybe, but sometimes it doesn't hurt to simply be a vision of class and grace amidst a sea of glamed-up stars. We love the whole styling and makeup as well.
Sandra Bullock
This emerald Lanvin number made us forget about the tri-colored mess she chose to wear at the Golden Globes. Upping her game with a bit of shimmer and a slit gives her two thumbs up from us.
Gretchen Mol
Gretchen Mol's bold and modern J. Mendel t-shirt gown cleansed our fashion palette with her refreshing choice. Both crisp and interesting, this lady surely got our attention.
