It may take some time before international travel goes back to normal, which means that local destinations will be getting the attention they deserve post-pandemic. And as quarantine measures are slowly being lifted, private resorts and hotels near Metro Manila are starting to accept guests once again. Arabella Villas in Sta. Cruz, Laguna, is all geared up to welcome vacationers in need of a change of scenery.
The private resort features three villas with different themes: Miami, Santorini, and Bali—obviously inspired by the three international destinations. Each villa features its own swimming pool, a fully functional kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, videoke, billiard table, hot tubs, and unlimited WiFi. While you can use their grill with charcoal and stove with free LPG, you can choose to have your meals prepared by their staff or even have a boodle fight set up for your group. Pets are allowed, so you don't have to leave your furry friends behind.
With the exclusive use of each guest house, they can regulate the crowd and make sure that all rooms are sterilized and sanitized after every use. Their certification to operate again was issued by the Department of Tourism on September 17. According to Arabella Villas, guests from Metro Manila don't need a travel pass to check in.
Overnight rates range from P18,000 to P30,000. For more information, follow Arabella Villas - Laguna on Facebook.
