Tanay in Rizal and Sagada in the Mountain Province are known for giving tourists the best places to wake up to: amid a sea of clouds during a glorious sunrise. But somewhere in Cebu is a rustic cabin that can also give you that plus the privacy everyone needs during this period of physical distancing: La Vue Cabine in Toledo City.
