Marcia Adams is considered to be a Tagaytay restaurant classic, especially for special occasions because of its relaxing and beautiful ambiance. What's not to love about enjoying delicious, scrumptious food in a rustic garden setup, right?
Just look at these Instagram posts of Marcia Adams:
Assuming it's going to be your first time at this restaurant, it needs to be said that the price points of the dishes are on the more expensive side; a minimum consumable cover charge of P740 applies to each adult and the main course price includes an appetizer and a dessert (this can be upgraded at an extra cost).
Don't know what to order at Marcia Adams? Here are the dishes you should definitely consider:
Steak with Truffle Butter
Besides everything else that's on the Marcia Adams menu, you should not leave the establishment without trying their steaks. While they have more than three options on the menu, you can't go wrong with their famous Certified Angus Steak with Truffle Butter.
For this mouthwatering, fork-tender dish, the Angus steak is marinated in aromatic herbs and spices, giving it enough flavor that you won't need any sauce with it. It is served with sauteed marble potatoes on the side. Make sure to inform the service team of your preferred doneness for the steak.
Amalfi Prawns

One of the seafood dishes first-time customers always order is their Amalfi Prawns. These are crispy and succulent prawns marinated in salt, pepper, olive oil, and parsley that they coated with bread crumbs before frying it in the pan. In a way, it's a fancier take on tempura, sans the dipping sauce!
Melon, Prosciutto, and Arugula Salad
If you prefer fruity, refreshing salads versus ones that use mayonnaise, Marcia Adam's Melon, Prosciutto, and Arugula Salad is something you should definitely try. The fresh, crisp greens are served with sweet-salty prosciutto, provolone (a type of cheese), Truffle Noir Cheese, a drizzle raspberry vinaigrette, and melon balls all resulting in a medley of sweet, fruity, salty, pungent flavors in one salad bowl.
Panna Cotta with Lemon Syrup
Marcia Adams' Panna Cotta with Lemon Sauce is a popular choice for dessert. The neon green lemon sauce that's drizzled on top of the panna cotta may be offputting when you first see it, but this actually gives the dessert a refreshing taste and it also serves as a palate cleanser after your meals or in between meals.
If you're not into cloyingly sweet desserts, the panna cotta is a good choice!
Marcia Adams is located at 190 J.P. Rizal St., Sikat, Alfonso, Cavite 4123. It's in the boundary between Tagaytay and Alfonso, Cavite.
