Supermodel Naomi Campbell is no music video virgin. The 45-year-old Brit scored her first gig at the age of 7 when she starred in Bob Marley’s Is This Love. Since then, she’s graced many other music videos for artists like Vanilla Ice, Madonna, Michael Jackson, and U2 to name a few. But it’s her most recent work that’s got the fashion world buzzing as she lip syncs her way through fellow Brit Anohni’s new music video Drone Bomb Me.
Styled and art directed by Givenchy’s Riccardo Tisci, the video opens with a shot of a teary-eyed Naomi dressed in bespoke pieces from the French label. He tells Vogue, “We share the same vision of life, love and beauty. We have kept collaborating ever since, so when she asked me to art direct the video for her new single, Drone Bomb Me, I immediately knew it was going to be one of those projects you remember for life."
