Vinegar of your choice

Salt and sugar

2. Toast bread. Top with bacon, followed by avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper, then top with pickled onions

Easy Guacamole

2 ripe avocados

1 lime

1 small handful chopped cilantro/coriander, chopped

1 small white onion, roughly diced

Salt and pepper

1. Prep avocados. Add the juice of the lime to prevent browning and to add acidity.

2. Mash with the back of a fork. Add onion, cilantro and mix. Season to taste. Serve with chips and an extra lime wedge.

Avocado-Chocolate Pudding
