Could that suggest that those farmlands in the final shot of Infinity War were the Banaue Rice Terraces? Or any other local rice terraces, for that matter? No other scene in the movie seemed remotely like it could have been filmed in a location here, or had anything to do with the Philippines. And it would make sense, because the shot only needed CGI, and didn't involve any of the actors (if the movie’s big stars actually came here to shoot, we'd have surely heard about it long ago). So consider it a valid theory.
UPDATE (9:00 a.m., 4/26/2018): After getting in touch with the filmmakers, local representatives of The Walt Disney Company have officially confirmed that the Banaue Rice Terraces were the location of the final scene.
UPDATE: (1:30 p.m., 4/26/2018): To be specific, the filmmakers confirmed that "they did the VFX plates at the Banaue Rice Terraces for the last Thanos shot." The term "plates" generally refers to footage upon which visual effects are applied.
