The Farm offers 60 suites and luxury villas that range from 33 square meters to around 600 square meters, making it perfect for solo travelers, couples, multi-generation families, and even groups of friends. Each suite and villa is surrounded by lush greenery and made with sustainable materials such as bamboo and rattan.Guests can also enjoy complimentary activities such as yoga and sound healing. The accommodations also showcase Filipino culture through the use of local artistry.
The Farm is proud to be a safe haven and COVID-free as it follows strict safety and sanitation protocols. Visitors and employees are required to undergo an antigen nasal swab test upon entry.A popular accommodation among the youth and yogis is the Sulu Terrace, approximately 33 square meters, with its sitting room below where guests can read a book, play the guitar, meditate, or simply lounge around.
“This is patterned after the traditional Filipino nipa hut and it gives you that modern day treehouse feel to it,” Jennifer Sanvictores, Director of Sales & Marketing, tells the OG team. The Sulu Terrace starts at P9,000 per night.
Couples or honeymooners can also stay at the 200 square meter Narra Pool Villa, which has its own pool with a view of the San Benito ridge, as well as a balcony and a bathtub. This villa costs P25,000 a night.
Measuring 90 square meters is the Garden Glass Villa, which costs P18,000 a night. It’s a great choice for couples or those with two small children, featuring an outdoor bathtub.
The newest addition to The Farm is the two-story 580 square meter Mahogany Luxury Residences Pool Villas, which are just right for families. It has a private pool, a kitchenette, nanny’s quarters, a private space for parties or cocktails, as well as a stunning view of the sunset. It starts at P50,000 a night
A more opulent accommodation is the three-story Mahogany Luxury Residence Elite, which starts at P120,000 per night and is good for seven to 10 people. Also 580 square meters, it features three stories, four and a half bedrooms, and a private pool. The most sought-after accommodation on The Farm is the 511 square meter Lakan Villa, with two and a half bedrooms that can fit around seven people, a private heated pool, shower, bathtub, private koi pond, and a kitchen. This villa costs P50,000 to P75,000++ per night, depending on whether guests stay on a weekday or weekend.
