It was announced a week ago that the world's most visited multi-sensory museum will be coming to Manila this October. Since then, Van Gogh Alive and its digital treatment has found itself in the middle of a social media debate as of late with a few art enthusiasts stating that the medium is a disservice to the original painter's works. But hey, honestly we say don't let anyone spoil your fun or put a damper on the way you appreciate art!
That said, here's how you can get tickets!
According to the official Van Gogh Alive Philippines website, you can purchase your tickets at the at The Mind Museum Ticket Booth every Tuesdays to Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
They will also be available at the venue itself at the 4th floor of One Bonifacio High Street when the gallery officially opens on October 26, 2019. The Van Gogh Alive ticket booth will be open from 10:00am to 9:00pm.
Alternatively, an easier and less hassle way to score tickets is to book online on The Mind Museum's website. As shown on the site, adult tickets are priced at P750, while students only need to pay P450.
It's best to hurry though because slots for the first two days are already sold out!
A few things to remember before you book away:
- Senior citizen and PWD discounts will not be available if you buy online, and will only be available at the aforementioned ticket booths, upon presentation of a valid ID.
- One transaction is limited to a maximum of 20 tickets only.
- Each ticket is assigned a strict date and time of which you can use them and will not be valid on any other time slot. So make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled visit!
- For group purchases of more than 20 people, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org
