After all, the city’s famous for staycations and must-try food establishments. Its cool climate and refreshing nature views are even perfect for a chill weekend away from the metro. You should definitely visit Facio Coffee and Cocktails, a lowkey, al fresco cafe where you can indulge in your caffeine cravings by a bonfire. 3. Sspace Coffee Bar

Although quite unnoticeable due to its location, this stop is a favorite for bikers and riders alike. Sspace, short for ‘Slow Space’, is a humble minimalist cafe along Santa Rosa, Tagaytay. Their handcrafted coffee allows you to choose the brewing method and beans to go with your cup of joe. They also offer breakfast meals, snacks and sandwiches, pasta, and mocktails.

4. Kuuma Kaakao

The simplest way to enjoy Taal Volcano’s majestic view is certainly with Filipino comfort food. Kuuma Kaakao is a small homegrown cafe that serves traditional and authentic hot chocolate, Filipino kakanin, and snacks. They also have pasta for those who don’t feel like eating their sweet puto bumbong, bibingka, or turon.

5. Bodhi Cafe

This Instagrammable cafe is perfect for bookworms! The collection of books around the cafe are not only for display as customers can spend hours enjoying a cup of coffee while perusing through their favorite reads. Ultimately, this concept comes from the name of the cafe itself which is Bodhi, a Sanskrit word meaning enlightened.
