Launched in January 2025 and fondly called Cabana Yassi, the Antipolo property is Yassi’s way of sharing a space filled with her own memories and positive energy. The home was designed with openness and warmth in mind, from its soaring wood-paneled ceilings and glass walls to its lush greenery and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Whether for family reunions, intimate celebrations, or creative shoots, the retreat offers a versatile escape for up to 14 guests.

The Accommodations

Cabana Yassi is a mix of modern architecture and cozy charm. The property features four bedrooms, six beds, and four bathrooms, each designed with a blend of sleek lines and warm textures. One room fits four guests with two double beds and a private bath, while another offers a queen bed with its own ensuite.

The highlight for group stays is the dedicated movie room, where two double beds and bean bag chairs turn it into both a screening space and extra sleeping quarters. Each bedroom comes with a TV, ensuring that every corner has its own touch of comfort and convenience.

The Amenities

The outdoor spaces are a visual treat. A geometric roofline and stone accents frame the poolside lounge, while fairy lights draped over the garden add a whimsical glow at night. The swimming pool—complete with an optional heater and jacuzzi—spills into the garden, creating the perfect backdrop for lazy afternoons. Guests can also test their skills on the rock climbing wall, break a sweat at the outdoor gym, or unwind in the steam room. There’s a patio that seats up to 16, plus a billiard table and arcade games to keep everyone entertained.

Indoors, Cabana Yassi feels equally inviting. The open-plan kitchen and dining area features modern lighting and a 10-seater table that makes shared meals a centerpiece of the stay. What to Note

While the property is designed for fun, guests are reminded of a few house rules. A refundable security deposit of P2,000 is required at check-in, and smoking indoors comes with a strict penalty of P5,000. Pets are welcome—up to three fur babies—as long as they wear diapers and avoid the pool and movie room.

Rates cover 14 guests; additional charges apply for bigger events or celebrations. There’s also no room cleaning service during short stays, so guests are encouraged to treat the property like their own.
