South Korea Is Giving Filipinos P5,600 Off Domestic Flights
Add Jeju or Busan to your Korea plans without stretching the budget.
Published on Aug 26, 2025
Seoul often takes the spotlight in both K-dramas and travel plans, but South Korea is encouraging Filipino visitors to see more of the country. Through the newly launched Korea Fiesta Deals, travelers can get up to P5,600 off a domestic round-trip flight, making it easier to include other South Korean destinations in their itinerary.

The program was introduced on August 19, 2025, by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) in partnership with Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, and Jeju Air. It aims to draw attention to South Korea’s regional destinations—from Jeju Island’s natural landscapes to Busan’s coastal energy.
What Is the Korea Fiesta Deals?
The initiative provides a travel subsidy of up to P5,600 for passengers flying from the Philippines to Korea, which can be applied to a domestic roundtrip ticket. Any remaining costs, such as taxes or fees, are covered by the traveler.
While Jeju and Busan are highlighted as top picks, passengers may also use the subsidy on other domestic routes depending on their airline and available schedules. The offer is available on a first come, first served basis and applies to flights completed by December 21, 2025.

How Does It Work?
The mechanics vary per airline. Here’s how each one applies the promotion:

Korean Air
Passengers booking flights from Manila or Cebu to Seoul can claim the subsidy through Korean Air’s website. After purchasing an eligible ticket, travelers must register on the Special Offers page or via the official promo link. Within a few business days, a domestic flight coupon worth up to P5,600 will be credited to the traveler’s SKYPASS account. The coupon can then be used to book flights to Jeju, Busan, or other Korean destinations operated by Korean Air. Note that passengers must be SKYPASS members to qualify.

Asiana Airlines
Those flying with Asiana Airlines can access the deal through designated booking channels, such as the Asiana ticketing office and accredited agencies like Rakso Air Travel and Tours Inc. After securing their international ticket, passengers can book their domestic roundtrip flight through the same channel and apply the subsidy. This applies to flights from Manila, Cebu, or Clark to South Korea. The process is more traditional compared to Korean Air’s online registration, making agency coordination key.

Jeju Air
For Jeju Air, the promotion is available on flights from Manila to Incheon. Bookings must be made through the airline’s partner agencies in the Philippines, including Island Resort Club Tour Services Inc. and Airmark Tour and Development Inc. After securing the international ticket, travelers can immediately arrange their Jeju or Busan domestic flight through the same agency to receive the subsidy. Jeju Air’s setup is ideal for those who prefer bundled assistance when booking.

Each passenger is entitled to one domestic subsidy under the program, regardless of airline. Availability may differ per route and carrier, so planning early is encouraged.
