HBO is far from done with GOT.

Thought House of the Dragon and the Tales of Dunk and Egg were enough? Think again. HBO knows just how lucrative the Game of Thrones franchise can be, and it won’t be stopping at just one or two prequels. HBO is going to (hopefully) add three more prequel projects to the GOT world, this time zeroing in on major events that occurred in the fictional history of George R.R. Martin’s novels.

These prospective series are:

1. 9 Voyages/Sea Snake

The 9 Voyages or Sea Snake series will follow the travels of Corlys Velaryon, husband of a Targaryen princess, and head of the House Velaryon. The show will feature all the places Velaryon visited, such as the Free Cities and even as far as Yi Ti and Leng, which have never appeared in GOT.

The co-creator of Rome and creator of The Mentalist, Bruno Heller, is said to be part of this project. "Sea Snake" is the name of Velaryon's famed ship, so it's not in relation to the Sea Snakes we see in GOT, the bastard daughters of Oberyn Martell of Dorne. But Dorne will play a huge part in the next upcoming series in development.

2. 10,000 Ships

10,000 Ships will explore the historic migration of the Rhoynars from Essos to Dorne, led by the warrior queen Princess Nymeria who launched the massive migration to save her people from genocide or enslavement at the hands of the dragonriders of the Valyrian Freehold. This takes place 1,000 years before GOT. The Rhoynars are the ancestors of the people of Dorne.

Fun fact: Nymeria is the namesake of Arya Stark’s direwolf.

3. Flea Bottom

Not much is known about this series other than that it will focus on the slums of King’s Landing where characters like Davos Seaworth and Gendry Waters are from. Based on how Flea Bottom is described in the books and the show, expect a lot of crime, murder, sex, and all the things that made GOT so very exciting.

So far, only one prequel series has gotten the greenlight from HBO execs—House of the Dragon, which will focus on the Targaryen civil war that takes place around 150 years before the events of GOT. Another prequel series, The Long Night, which focused on the legend of the Night Walkers, was killed after execs weren’t impressed with the pilot.

Two other series are said to be in the works: a show on The Tales of Dunk and Egg, based on the novellas that follow a Aegon the Unlikely; and a prequel show on Robert’s Rebellion. Neither have been given the greenlight just yet.

While HBO has plenty of shows and ideas in development, that doesn’t mean that all of them will make it to the screen. Not unless they meet the standards set by HBO’s crowning glory, Game of Thrones.
