If the term "millennial pink" makes you cringe (same) but you still can't stop loving that barely-there blush hue everyone's crazy about, you are going to adore this posh Singaporean spot! Welcome to Odette Restaurant, run by Chef Julien Royer—who, btw, has got two Michelin stars to his name.
Found in Singapore's National Gallery, Odette may simply look sugar-sweet through and through, but you should know that a lot of thought has gone into its architecture, too: "Designed by Sacha Leong of Universal Design Studio, the interior reflects Chef Julien’s approach of keeping the integrity of ingredients with a soft color palette and décor that is comfortably elegant, all while respecting the historic and iconic National Gallery location," the restaurant's website reads.
This pretty place serves excellent modern French fare, too! “We hope to make Odette an honest and welcoming experience for everyone. This is where every ingredient has its place and purpose, and is treated with the utmost care to highlight its purest flavors. Beyond creating signature dishes, it is our passion to source for the very best produce to underscore our cuisine," Chef Julian shares.
Oh, and fun fact: he was very recently in town for Madrid Fusion Manila! Here's to hoping it'll be our turn to pay Odette a visit real soon.
