There’s no denying it, the milk tea craze is here to stay. The country is smitten with tapioca pearl and brown sugar madness that it was only a matter of time before this long-run craving was immortalized. So just in time for Valentine's weekend, The Dessert Museum launched their new milk tea interactive room in collaboration with Royal Tea.
The spacious setup features multiple vignettes inspired by the many aspects of the drink. There’s a pastel boba throne, a blown up milk tea glass, and even a copper disco ball wall to symbolize everybody’s favorite tapioca pearls.
One of the main attractions of the room is the human claw machine that you can take turns operating with a friend! The gimmick makes for a funny IG story or vlog post and you can even challenge your barkada to a “pearl-catching” duel!
When you’re feeling a little thirsty from all the pictures and videos you’ve taken, you can get yourself a drink at the Royal Tea booth! We recommend anything with the added cream cheese topping! It’s just the right amount of cheesy sweetness to elevate any of their tea concoctions.
A word of advice, make sure your phone’s fully charged or don’t forget to bring a powerbank, cause we’re sure you’d love to stay a while in this sugar rush-inducing room!
