Our favorite British monarchs are returning with a full cast overhaul in Netflix's third season of The Crown, which will debut on November 17, 2019. Now sitting on the throne is Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth II (formerly played by Claire Foy) as the show transitions into the '70s. Appearing to be a time of national turmoil and unrest, the trailer provides us with a two-minute preview of the major events that marked the decade spanning the new season, including the Queen's Silver Jubilee.
Also starring alongside Olivia are Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret, Tobias Menzies as The Duke of Edinburgh, Josh O’Connor as Prince Charles, Erin Doherty as Princess Anne, Ben Daniels as Lord Snowdon, Jason Watkins as Prime Minister Harold Wilson, and Charles Dance as Lord Mountbatten.
