Summer is right around the corner and with the limitations we are currently facing, you’re probably itching to escape the urban city and reconnect with nature at a stressful time like this. So if you’re looking for a snug and serene sanctuary that veers away from the crowd, The Cabin Resorts in San Miguel, Bulacan might be the perfect spot for you to take a breather and recharge with your significant other or your group of friends.

Owned by Ginno Cruz and opened in 2017, the remote farm resort is popular for their loft-style cottage cabins situated near a picturesque river. They offer thrilling outdoor activities and a home-style restobar that serves delicious comfort food. The establishment’s main highlight is their wooden bridge pier, which overlooks the river against a lush green field. Definitely the perfect backdrop for taking photos!

If you’re visiting with your significant other, you’ll want to book the Deluxe Cabin, a cozy triangular cottage house that has its own veranda. It can accommodate up to three people in case you’re bringing along another friend, or maybe a fur baby—the resort also allows small and tamed pets—for an additional fee of P1500.

Each cabin is intentionally placed at a guarded distance and equipped with a double bed, air conditioner, WiFi, TV, minibar, bathroom, and work space for P7500 per night, with breakfast meals included. On top of these, there are plenty of free activities to do outside such as swimming, biking, badminton, kayaking, and archery. You can also request a bonfire session if you want to spend your night underneath the stars while eating s’mores!

Meanwhile, if you're coming with a much bigger group, their Loft Cabin can accommodate up to eight people. It also comes with almost the same accommodations as the Deluxe Cabin, along with three double beds and a kitchen.

Speaking of food, you can choose between two cuisines from their all-day breakfast menu. Where their Filipino-style options include rice meals with two fried eggs, coffee or hot chocolate, and fruits, the American-style breakfast comes with your choice of meat served with toasted bread, preferred jam, two fried eggs, hashbrown, coffee or hot chocolate, and fruits as well.

To ensure that their guests have a safe vacation experience, the resort requires each guest to fill out the health declaration form and receive temperature checks before entering the premises. During your stay, everyone will be required to use a face mask while staying in common areas at all times. All of the rooms are sanitized through cleaning and fog disinfection after every check out. To add to this, outdoor activities are also scheduled during check-in to maintain social distancing.

The Cabin Resorts only allows pre-bookings, so if you’re looking forward to vacationing here, keep in mind that the slots for the Deluxe Cabin are limited (so hurry up and secure your stay!).

For booking inquiries, you can directly contact them through 0967-583-2604. You can also visit The Cabin Resorts’ official website for more information.
