Right now, your feed is probably filled with everything related to Valentine's Day. Gift ideas, where to eat, where to stay, and basically everything you need for a celebration with your significant other. But today, let's take a breather from that and talk about something else: self-love.
As part of their #TheBodyLoveRevolution project, women's movement She Talks Asia asked 66 men and women to talk about their journey to self-acceptance. They tapped local celebrities, including our February digital cover girl Judy Ann Santos, Iya Villania, Bea Alonzo, Solenn Heussaff, and more to share their stories of overcoming insecurities as a way to remind us of the importance of loving ourselves.
To promote the campaign and to motivate us even further, She Talks also released an uplifting video starring some of our favorite celebs. Watch it below!
This video is just the beginning. On March 10, the movement will be hosting the She Talks Asia Summit 2018: She Is Self Made led by their co-founder Iza Calzado. The summit will feature many inspiring women such as Ces Drilon, Bianca Gonzales-Intal, and Iza herself as speakers, to discuss relevant topics such as health, wellness, career, and finance. Save the date and see you there!
