1. Tanqueray & Tonic with Lime Wedge

Into your ice-filled copa glass, pour 40 ml of Tanqueray London Dry Gin and 120 ml tonic water. Stir for a bit and top off with a lime wedge.

Fill half of the cocktail shaker with ice, then add the following one by one: 45 ml Tanqueray No. Ten, 15 ml lemon juice, 20 ml almond syrup, 10 ml lemongrass syrup, and 20 ml water. Shake well then strain to a cocktail glass. Put a few drops of bitters and top with either a wedge of grapefruit or lime.

7. Tanqueray 10 Martini
