Brace yourselves, a live Game of Thrones concert is happening! While it’s saddening that Game of Thrones will end on its eighth season (with season seven still in the works), we’re consoled by this surprise concert happening at the Hollywood Palladium today at 11:30am, LA time.
The show’s musical composer Ramin Djawadi and actor Isaac Hempstead Wright a.k.a. Bran Stark will be in attendance. Djawadi reveals in a statement that there will be “exciting new details surrounding an extension to the Game of Thrones universe.”
The event will play the series’ music in a full orchestra, showcase an interactive “Hall of Faces” exhibit that involves a holographic show of Melisandre and Arya Stark’s sword, Needle. The Iron Throne and costumes from season six will also be on display.
While we’re waiting for snippets from this event (because sadly, we can’t fly to Los Angeles on such short notice), check out the teaser below!
