The Rainbow Watercolor Cake is a creation by Sue's Cake Gallery, a cake shop in Iloilo with multiple locations around the province. They were established in 1993 and to this day remain a staple at birthdays, graduations, and other celebrations for their Ilonggo customers.
Sue's Cake Gallery is famed for their extensive cake menu, which covers just about any and every cake you can imagine. They've got all the basics, with cakes like the Classic Choco Chiffon (P450/six inches, P780/nine inches, P980/nine by 13 inches), All About Chocolates (P600/six inches, P1,200/nine inches), Carrot Walnut (P500/six inches, P995/nine inches). They also make a mean Sans Rival (P680/five by eight inches, P1,250/eight by 10 inches).
Beyond the classics, Sue's Cake Gallery also isn't afraid to experiment with their flavor combinations. Their KB Mamba Cake (P500/six inches, P995/nine inches) pairs ube and mango, while their Blueberry Surprise Cake (P500/six inches, P995/nine inches) has red velvet cake, blueberries, and whipped cream.
